the thread title is ok with me. But why the slash between the c and the d?

Otherwise I think CD-Stores should carry CDs of local musicians. The locals might have them already, but not the tourists. When I am on holiday I like to bring some as souvenirs.

Same goes for big stores that sell instruments as well as CDs (I remember Archambault in Montreal having both).

For instrument shops that don`t carry CDs it is not a must. One guitar shop round here used to have a few CDs of local musicians, but gave up since. Apparently not enough sales.
