Well, I've had two Tauruses (1987 and 2002) and one Sable (1993.) The price was right on all three - free. Hand-me-downs from parents and nephew. All had less than 100,000 miles on them at the time. None of them made it to 200,000, although the 2002 might have, just barely, if son hadn't wrecked it. Good cars for free and comfortable rides, but not long-lived. (used parts are easy to come by, though.)

My head is spinning from reading Craigs List ads for the past 3-4 nights. The prices for older used cars, especially the Toyotas, boggles my pea-brain.
