meself... I am with ya on that one!

Lets' start with vets getting screwed over. Late summer, before my uncle entered hop, my Aunt got a call. Sorry, we can only pay so much per hour for services you have been receiving so we won't pay you any more. They lived out of town. NO way anyone would take that job at the wages DVA would pay! Well, surely they had relatives that could help? No, but what if they kept the services thay had and paid the differece? No, because DVA had to have receipts they could pay in full and maybe they could pay the difference and get the receipts made out for those amounts? Now, is that income tax fraud on behalf of the service suppliers? How could a fed rep even suggest that? AND threaten to NOT PAY for any more services?

I guess my arguement is, if a vet who served in war cannot get a fair shake, no way anyone else will. To me, it's a starting point.

And I am with ya all the way. The government treats people like shit. It's pathetic.
