Kendall,
Fishing for compliments? OK. You made the song so real that it made me wonder if every man has a "Phoebe" tucked away somewhere in his mind. AND I won't listen to Bryan Bowers singing it anymore. His version isn't even second rate. You made my heart ache - that's what I meant by the "pain". Isn't that what you trying to do? GEEZ! From now on the best you'll hear is "Kendall did a nice job on..."
Which reminds me of another nice job: Brett doesn't only sing beautifully, he can cook too. That stew was meant to be eaten on a cold night around a campfire with a bottle of something good being passed around and a banjo player nearby. Brett is a big, fuzzy, handsome man somewhat like a bear. But from the way he carresses his guitar, I would trust him with a newborn baby. If I don't get back to work, I'll get fired. And I haven't even begun to muse about Susan and her fiddle, Jeri and her fiddle (Members of the "Fiddlin Floozies"), CamiSu and her magnificent, commanding tales. And Ms. Woodchuck who is dwarfed by her menfolk but holds her own beautifully. And the children. There are a few tales to be told there too.
