This is a bit off topic but every now and then my browser slows right down for everything irrespective of the time of day. It's not often, maybe once or twice a year. My solution is to use a different browser. I'm currently using Firefox. I have Opera as a back up and in the past have used Avast, Explorer, Google Chrome and others. With a new browser the speed becomes normal again.
