Kendall, I understand. Last time I clicked something the toolbar ended up vertically where it had been horizontal at the bottom, and something else I clicked made my machine double-download stuff to both music and pictures. There was likely an instruction booklet with the machine when I first got it, but that wouldn't have helped either because the print's too small to read. And now in pictures I have a ton of pictures and I have no idea what any of them are until I open them. Every day is a new adventure.
