Further to that, we have Lynn Miles, an Ottawa area folksinger who is not all that famous, but I think she's the finest songwriter (and one of the very finest singers) in Canada...or anywhere. Look her up on Youtube and see. Lynn was Alanis' vocal coach, by the way, when Alanis was a teenager.
