I lost touch weith Ian in the late 70's after years following them around Kings Heath & Moseley in Birmingham. He used to ask me about my home town of Kilkenny in Southern Ireland, and I've only just realised since his sad passing that he moved to live there for over 10 yrs! He used to say I should work for the Kilkenny tourist board. But he was such a big part of Birmingham life it's rather fitting he returned to end his days there. Great man and great musician
