Bought a crappy 60's Magnus Prelude organ for $25 at a pawn shop.
Sat around the house gathering dust for years. Housemate said it was unplayable. Slathered every inch of it with lemon oil. Put it up for sale for $50. First person to come look at it squealed with delight and said it was so beautiful., Gave me $60. Said to keep the change. True story.
