I mentioned Jerry Jones above as the new Al Davis, and I was thinking that Jason Garrett might be a better Head Coach with a different GM. Think of all the ex Raiders coaches who have picked up Superbowl rings in their subsequent careers. I also don't agree with Troy Aikman's (reported) opinion that Tony Romo is a better quarterback than he was.
