If you are looking for a traditional sound, I suggest Christmas music by Maggie Sansone. She plays hammer dulcimer. On her Ancient Noels recording, she is joined by other instruments to make an interesting mix of fine tunes.

For a classical sound, why don't you see what the Boston Pops has produced? Surely they do some holiday music.
