Aw, Nigel, like so many here, I'm still on it. Today I drove on a road I drive on occasionally and noticed the a side street was named Paterson St. with one t. I immediately thought of Jane, Ann, and you. I probably would have done so even if the street sign had said Patterson. My prayers continue.
