Hi All & thanks for helping to make the party so wonderful. It went from noon till around 4 in the am & it was a straight blast all the way. Joe Offer, Susan A-R, John Nolan & wife Stephanie stayed over & we were all greeted in the morn to the welcomed return of Nightowl & work friend Lori, Kendall, Jeri, Camisu & Naemanson came in from the cold & the sorry end finally came about 2 that afternoon, a 26 hour party that could've easily stretched to 48 hrs if my family & I could have our way about it. My only regret (aside from not having much of a voice to start off with) was Ewan had to head off a bit early & my hosting responsibilities kept me from having more that a brief hello with him (Ewan, thanks for the gifts, your book was most a interesting insite to the early folk days of Glasgow). I can't say enough how much of a treat it was to host this, to have those both close by & those that traveled quite a distance play & sing. I can't begin to list off all the highlights & bright spots way to many & I think most of that ground has been covered already (good thing too with my memory, I be leaving out huge gaps).
