Clinton - Alan of Oz wrote a program that lets people convert midis to text that can be pasted into a thread and copied by other people who can convert it back to a midi. For people who need musical notation it's better than a recording or MP3. Most of the people in our band learn songs and tunes from printed music, so I plop the midi into Noteworthy Composer and create sheet music.

When Barbara puts the midi in this message (or she might start a new thread) there will be a link to Alan's programs in case you want to learn to use them. There's probably a link to them on the forum page too.
