I've only been on Mudcat for a few years but it seems fairly often someone will post about their "new" forum, which then procedes to slip into decline and disappear for good whilst Mudcat carrys on. I'm sure this one will be different though - certainly it looks like all the others, but that doesn't mean anything. The fact it's had two whole days work put into it should ensure its survival.
