Whoops ... pushed the button too soon. I should add that used copies do not appear to be priced at very much less than the current publishers recommended price over here in the UK. Most hover around the £45 - £50 mark. Ashgate Publishing are, I think, principally an academic publishers, hence the pricing. The cheapest price I've managed to find on the net via Abebooks is £38.15 (from the States ... plus around £9 postage, bringing it up little short of the full price). Cheapest new on Amazon is £43.16 incl p&P, cheapest used is £56.20 including p&p !!!
