Tomorrow I shall make a salad (for a family dinner) of baby spinach, lightly candied walnuts, dried cranberries, Granny Smith apples, red pears, and a good blue cheese. It will be dressed with a pear vinegarette dressing that has just a touch of gorgonzola to it.

Boiled eggs don't belong in a spinach salad. Mind you, I don't think boiled eggs belong in ANYTHING, but I'm a radical.
