3. President Barack Obama will use federal troops to enforce the federal marihuana laws. He will invade Washington State, Colorado and every state that has medicinal marihuana to see that the laws are obeyed. He has been sworn to do so or fail to uphold his oath of office.
He also doesn't want to be seen as soft on drugs after his Fast and Furious Fiasco.
