I cannot believe we are 14 posts into this thread and nobody has mentioned Country Gazette ...IMO the greatest country-rock band of all time.

Every member of the band was a virtuoso in his own right, and together, they were just sensational.

Saw them only once, at Cambridge back in the 70's ... I will never ever forget that performance ...
