Yeah, the loopholes out there for rich land owners are all but limitless... Wanta a fancy new tractor or truck or 4 wheeler??? Fine, just grow a little garden and take a few cucumbers to the farmers market or own a stenking horse and then Uncle Sam will subsidize those purchases...
