they weren't pretty, but when you're 16 and it's your first car, all they have to do is start and run.
for $65, i got a '64 dart 4 door, 170 slant 6 with a 4 speed that ran like a scalded dog (took many ford 6's with it) and opened up my world considerably. finally could drive myself to school, to work, took me to my first concert, dates by ourselves and would go anywhere! didn't need 4 wheel drive back then, the dart would do it! found "parkin" spots that no one would disturb us in, if you know what i mean!
btw bobert, falcon?!?! seriously?! the box on 4 wheels that you had to hope would start?
