I take acidophilus every day. The Vitamin Shoppe where I get a few of my no-coconut soaps has large bottles in their store brand for a very reasonable price (and you can often buy 1 get one 1/2 price).

Linn, does Tom have any ingrown toenails or any hot tender spots? Is the foot swollen? Does he soak them in hot water or keep his feet up? If feels so good to soak the feet in hot water that maybe it would be a good move even if it doesn't have to be done as a specific treatment.
