Got it. I googled all the listed groups to try to identify them, but was thrown off by the dancers being featured in the images, rather than the musicians.

I am indeed in southern Arizona, USA, where we've actually been having wintery weather - even with sunshine. (High temps in the 40s F, overnight lows in the 20s F, for four days straight.)

The Straw Bear Festival looks like a fine one.
