That's a nice website and all but it does not say that all soap is antibacterial. Soap becomes antibacterial when certain agents are added. That is not to say that antibacterial soap is better than a non antibacterial soap as they difference it makes is minimal. The large medical center I go to reccomends Dial antibacterial soap for showering before surgery and after. If all soap was antibacterial, there would be no need to request a particular kind of soap. *shrug*

Washing your hands for 20 seconds under hot water with soap is reported to be the best method for preventing illness (as far as handwashing goes)
