Janie, you could well be right on several counts. The orally administered chemo seems to have been particularly troublesome. This week, Jane returns to intravenous delivery; small doses, different drug, over an extended period of time. The thought that fills our heads through every waking moment is that none of this treatment is curative. An extension of Life; a forestalling of the cancer for an undetermined period is the best that's on offer.
