The problem can be easily solved. Take the guns away from all them untrustworthy, unstable, violence-prone humans and give them to us Chimps! It's as simple as A + B = C. Problem solved. Chimps know how to handle guns responsibly. Most humans don't (except for my good buddy Clint). That is all you got to know about this issue.
The APP will happily collect and take good care of all the guns in America. Just hand 'em over.
