It hurts to read how cold it is for those of you in the northern tier of Mudcatland! I know how it feels, I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and though my part of Washington State didn't get as cold as the eastern section, I voluntarily inserted myself into extremely cold conditions as a mountain climber. I'll offer you one of my climbing mantras: "If your feet are cold, put your hat on." You lose a lot of body heat through your head and simply wearing a hat, even in the house, will help.

Long day at work, starts at noon and I'll get home after 10pm. So much needs to be done this weekend. I might be able to start the income taxes, if it's warm I need to garden. I need to do eBay. Same ol' same ol', in other words.
