Subject: RE: Declutter & Health JANUARY 2013 - To Life!
Realized if my eyes bother me so much, either I am using them too much or I need an exam. Had one last year and all was well so maybe I need to give them some breaks.

Realized my lack of energy has gone on too long and if this is depression caused by the stress of our lives, it is time to DO SOMETHING!

Shoulder already hurting when I got up this morning so I decided, If it is going to hurt anyway, I better just DO good stuff.

So this morning - in the country, the snow fairy came and plowed the drive. such a nice caring thing to do! I shoveled the few inches of fresh snow from walkways - to the cabin, studio and compost. Had left over chicken stew for lunch.

Went into studio and threw 16 pots, one bag of clay. No scale; I brought two to the city? So that gave me permission to just cut the clay into 16 sections and make whatever size bowls, my fav. Also did two small jars, a mug and 3 small plates. Had I weighed it, I would have done: butter dishes, mugs, maybe plates. Some larger jugs would be a good idea. May go out tomorrow and do more. It felt so good to be productive! Shoulder did not hurt at all while potting but doing the dishes was painful. Go figure!

Friend sent pics he took a while ago. So I posted one of me and my booth at last summer's farm market and one of the fresh pots. Lots of pos feedback encourages more effort.

Back in city, house is still cold in spite of warmer weather. Leftover cauliflower soup for supper. Possibly a foccacia pizza - if R is hungry. The soup is yummy. Guess I will go start a load of laundry. Changed bed at cabin. Amazing how much stuff travels back and forth. I took the distiller back to the country; easier there. Everything is easier there! So four gallons of water, laundry, garbage and recycling, computer, perishable food and books for library, came back.

Need to print and send app for next four farm markets- winter ones indoors - tomorrow. I had to be sure I could make pots before I send it in! Guess it would be a good idea to make a bunch of hearts for the 10 Feb one.
