OH, yeah, it's a blast, Alison! Arrrggghhh! **BG** Thanks everyone. It is a temporary move, so we put almost everything in storage and so far I don't miss any of it, but I am sure I will. We kept out the important bits and Rog was happy that we didn't fill a 10X10 storage unit; easier moving when there is less!

I am pleased to report the moggies are doing much better. Trys the Tyrant has even mellowed out. I think our daughter's cat, Kipling, a totally fearless, yet not aggressive snowshoe Siamese, has him totally puzzled and a little frightened. Kipling is one of those who expects everyone to like him and is oblivious to mean hissing. even the first night, he didn't do the hissing, just the Siamese incessant talking, questioning, opining!

The tropical rainforest survived, too! Well, except that my 8 foot purple velvet plant became detached from its roots, so I had to cut it way back and am rerooting it in water. The really rare stuff looks great.

Rog and Rue have been wonderful, reminding me to take breaks, doing most of the work, setting things up for me. We are all very tired and sore, but feel so good about the respite we face for the next few months. It is a cozy little house with lots of charm, original wood doors with art deco doorplates and handles, arched doorways, and old-fashioned sash windows with real sills! Our old house had no windowsills! It also has hardwood floors.

We only have one phone line now, so I won't be on as much, until the cable company gets up set up with high speed access on the 30th. At that point my email addy will change, but I'll let ya'll know. The mailing addy and phone number stay the same.

Thanks so much for all of your comments. I am sorry I haven't addressed you each personally. It's bedtime and I am off to bed. More in a couple of days. You are the BEST!!
