Perth Ontario has a nice cupola-style bandstand, which is screened by waist-high walls on all sides except the steps...unfortunately it's right behind the cop shop/city hall. No, wait, they just moved the cop shop to the edge of town...boink away! However, neighbouring Stewart Park would be more private and aesthetically pleasing for a nice bit of crumpet. Commercial activity is prohibited in the park, though, but not on the bandstand, so if one wanted to be on the safe side one's choice would depend upon the nature of the relationship being celebrated...
