I love fish fingers, they're my one processed food weakness. I do mine in a hot oven. They are of course drizzled with olive oil, prior to insertion in said oven. Turn them half way through, and as has been stated, dose liberally with Heinz tomato ketchup,after removal from oven, and arranging on hot plate, then devour with gusto. (Ah gusto)
Americans should not be frightened by the use of the word liberally!
