I have been working on leadership development with a ministry colleague who I sorely hope can take over one of my bigger volunteer hats-- and the AM email brought GREAT news of his initiative!!!

Most of the relevant files are in order to turn over. I am going to mentally prep the rest of the "stuff" but not do the hands-on work till he agrees, but I see daylight!
