I think I think (yes, I meant that) it should be the case for women under the age of majority but it should be standardized for an entire country and such standards should be developed by the most qualified docs that can be had. If religions wanna put in their two cents, fine.

Of course, this does bring up the question re the best before date. I dunno the answer but perhaps the date should be extended in the case of a minor who does not receive counselling prior to that date?
