Dick Holdstock showed up at song circle today. He's an amazing performer. I've sometimes wondered about his singing. He seems to be singing right to me, and I wondered if other people had the feeling. Today I found out - he says he really enjoys singing when I'm there, because I so obviously enjoy the songs he sings.

Dick's singing partner Allan MacLeod almost always comes to our monthly Sunday session. Allan has one of the most beautiful male voices I've ever heard, and he's one of the nicest and most interesting people I know.
