18 hole golf course just over the back fence. The house was built by the University's College of Technology as a building project. It's a well built, well designed place.

Now, if you want small, I have to walk about a mile to get to this. It's downright puny compared to the Frank, but I gotta drive at least 90 minutes to get there.
