Main advantage of Chrome is the Javascript engine is lightning fast. If you use sites like Facebook and find that pages keep seizing up, then you would probably find Chrome a bit slicker.

Other than that, it's a web browser. If you don't already know why you'd want to switch, you probably don't need to.
