I am sure members of Tonbrige FC were not intending to be at odds with other attractions, my posting was only intended to draw attention to the fact that the area is not so devoid of folk song activity over Easter as may have been perceived.
However, whilst I was aware of happenings at the Vigo I too have not seen much publicity and the thread on this Forum does not seen to have generated the same level of activity as some previous events.
Good luck to both venues on Monday evening; local folk enthusiasts should appreciate the choise on offer and I hope give their support to whichever one best suits their style.
