Dear Nigel and Ann. Here in Maine we are collecting maple sap and boiling it outside to make syrup for the year- one of our delights. As the sweet, steamy fragrance rises on this chilly spring day I'm hoping you will find sweet pockets of amber beauty in the form of good memories.
