That being said, the issue of the two conflicting laws, many folks in Colorado, from what I've seen, have an inherent distrust of government, and are still being discreet because of it. Idiots who flaunt their habits in public will most likely always be idiots who flaunt their habits in public, whether it be being drunk in public, their sexual behaviors, or getting high and acting obnoxious, to list three. Interestingly enough, there are some serious musicians, who have the reputation of getting high, through association of just being a musician, who will not tolerate their other session musicians from being drunk or high during practices and performances. Believe it or not, Frank Zappa was one of them...Show up drunk or high for a rehearsal or performance and it was instantly 'Good Bye'!...and most people just couldn't believe it...but it was true.
