howard i presume you get some services for paying council tax, i do not have a refuse collecton, i do not have street lighting, i pay motor tax which is supposed to pay for the upkeep of the road, the introduction of the property tax is to pay off the gigantic debt incurred by the anglo irish bank , for which i am no way responsible.
