As we know, Dylan has bounced around religions... He does seem to have a decent understanding of comparative religion and knows his way around the Bible from various reference in songs over his long career...

As for being a theologian??? I guess, only he knows for sure... Sometimes people impress with revealing everything they know and others impress with revealing just the tip of the iceberg...
