Doesn't he understand that what made people suffer was Capitalism in decline

Would that be the capitalism that the taxpayer bales out to the tune of hundreds of billions when bankers go all irresponsible on us? Would it be the capitalism that taxpayers bale out to the tune of hundreds of billions in benefit payments that go straight into the hands of little Rachmans, or in housing benefits, council tax benefits and working tax credits that are, in every sense, a massive subsidy to giant companies who don't pay their workers enough to live on yet pay themselves massive bonuses and huge dividends to their shareholders? Not to speak of conducting their affairs offshore and diddling the treasury to the tune of hundreds of billions? That sort of capitalism? Well, if you ask me, the sooner that sort of capitalism declines the better.
