If she was having a respectful burial, the same as everyone else, I doubt if quite such a head of hostility would have built up. But hundreds of escorting troops, a solemn procession through the streets of London, heads of state and high dignatories in St Paul's, the queen in attendance. That's not "respectful". It invites something stronger than dignified silence from those whose stomach turns over at the very thought.
