Just spent a happy half-hour watching the Temp 7 play Pasadena and working out the chords on guitar. They appear to do it starting off in C sharp, so I transposed it down a semi-tone. It modulates twice, so the intro is (now) in C. For the sung verse it modulates to the key of A and for the outro it modulates to D. There are some nice progressions.
The above-mentioned Uke chords are correct, but the second modulation appears to be missing.
It also helps for the intro in C if, as a background figure, you play C - Am - Em - G over two bars, four times, before the melody proper begins.
