Midchuck, it is up to others where they go but I have tried to point this one out before but I will try again:In most PalTalk music rooms, the general practice is for people to put their hand up to sing. If you have one person that wants to do a song and asks, as this chap did, or puts thier hand up, it is very difficult for whoever is assuming the role of Admin to say "sorry it's not your turn, who wants to go next?" especially when it is not clear who does and dosn't want to sing let alone even know that anyone is ready to sing (and the Mudcat room has very long periods of silence).
If you want to start a private room, I wish you well but I have very much enjoyed the majority of the "outsiders" that have entered this room and most have played by "our rules" but the answer to this problem when it occurs is simple in a public room. If someone seems to be taking the lions share of the singing, all it needs is the Admin to be given some indication by the hand (or even in a text message - public or private) that they wish to do something and songs can then be shared out evenly.
