The concept is you can put your hand up PRIOR to their finishing....but they can't - because they've got a mike up there...

and yes, some people are going to go more often, but it's NOT their fault other people are shyer. That's part of the reason mudcat on HearMe and on Paltalk has such long silences...everyone seems to be afraid of "hogging" the mike. But if no one else is going, it isn't mike hogging - it's filling dead air.
