Hello (if somebody reads this one day, this thread being so old) : I collected "Ma maitresse fait bien sa fière" from 2 traditional singers, Albert Collombier (bn 1927) and Gérard Varcin (bn 1940), in Esserts-Blay (Savoy, France) in 2004. I gave Robert Bouthillier a copy of the recording (along with many other field recordings made in this village): he apparently liked it and decide it to sing it with "Serre l'écoute".
