Poke a few holes in some raw bratwurst. Place them in the slow cooker, touching the ceramic.

Add 2 Tbsp water

Rinse a small can of sauerkraut with water, let it drain, put it on top

Sprinkle about a teaspoon of caraway on top of all that.

Cook on low till it's done, maybe just a couple of hours, because the sausage cooks fast.

Serve with mashed or fried potatoes. Or put the sausage on a bun.

Add salad or veg's for balance.

Easy.
