I lived with them as an exchange student in the spring of 1978. They hadn't sung in years, and I couldn't get them to, but they had a great record collection, and were very supportive of my record-collecting and performing in the local folk clubs in Edinburgh (I, a 20-year-old American). They sent me Christmas cards for years, but I haven't heard from them lately.
