Interesting piece in some ways but I wonder why it has taken this long to be seen? In the first minute or so it says that the Free Trade Hall is up for sale and could be redeveloped as an hotel or office block. The Hotel that is there now was opened in 2004, meaning the piece must be at least 10 years old. Not exactly current events is it!
